Edna Pasher earned her Ph.D at New York University
in Communication Arts and Sciences and has served
as faculty member at Adelphi University, the City
University of New York, the Hebrew University in
Jerusalem and the Tel-Aviv University. Edna Pasher
founded EPA as an international strategic
management consulting firm in 1978. The firm rovides
customized consulting services to organizations both
in the private and the public sectors. Edna has been a
pioneer and leader of the innovation and knowledge
management movement in Israel and an active
member of the international community of the KM
pioneers. She has over 30 years of experience in
regional and international IS projects using a variety of
evaluation methodologies, modelling techniques,
quantitative and analysis. Edna is the Founding
partner (1991) and chief editor of "Status - the
Management Thinking Journal".

Yossi Pasher is well known in Israel and abroad as a
leading expert in O.D and training. Through more than
thirty years of experience he has planed and
implemented various projects in the areas of HRD,
Knowledge Management and team development on a
large scale as well as leadership in various
organizations in the private business, industrial and
public sectors. Yossi is the Principle of Yossi Pasher
& Associates - a management training and consulting
firm. Yossi coordinated and trained the teams which
negotiated the Gaza and Jericho accord as part of the
Oslo agreement: sea, air and land as well as ample
training experience with airline companies throughout
their global system such as EL-AL and North-West in
the realm of cross cultural issues. He also designed
and implemented various programs for the IDF and
Police academy for senior officers in Israel.
Yossi has experience in conducting seminars in the
field of private banking in the US, Canada, Mexico and
South America. He served as the executive director of
the Jerusalem YMHA and the associate executive
director of the New York Brooklyn YMHA community
centers.Yossi holds a Masters degree in the field of
adult education from Wayne State University Detroit
Michigan, a Bachelors degree in History and Biblical
Studies as well as a teaching certificate from Tel-Aviv
University. He has published two books under the title
of "Effective Presentation" and "Effective Negotiations"
as well as various articles on leadership and
Management issues.

Roni Porat conducts orchestras in Israel and around
the world, and he composes music for chamber
ensembles and for orchestras.
Roni is regularly invited to perform concerts and create
programs that combine music with the Performing
Arts, youth-oriented programs and programs for
adults,
as well as programs for children with the Israel
Philharmonic Orchestra, the Haifa Symphony
Orchestra, the Rison le Zion Symphony Orchestra and
the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra.
In addition to his extensive musical work, Roni Porat is
active as a lecturer on the subject of leadership,
conducting and running workshops on personal and
business development. Porat cooperates with private
sector organizations and managers.
Roni Porat has created and maintains the leadership
workshop "Conducting Success" that allows

PhD & Associates. He is in charge of our Sustainable
Development department, which comprises of:
Sustainable management strategies, Green building,
the Israeli future center, corporate social responsibility
strategies and reporting and leading relevant
standardization process (ISO 14001, IS 10,000 etc.).
He is also in charge of our activities in EU-funded
R&D projects focusing on both Environmental and
Social aspects. Zvika has an experience in the fields
of social and environmental responsibilities and he is
also acting as a researcher in the field of Global
warming, Greenhouse Gases and public health. Zvika
holds a B.Sc in Environmental health sciences and is
currently studying for his Master's degree at the Porter
school of Environment. |

Hadas Raz is a management consultant at Edna
Pasher PhD & Associates. Hadas is engaged in
managing clients and projects while adapting the
advisory nature to the organization and its
employers,

Organizational development, Knowledge
management
and Training. She is also acting as a practicing
and
teaching assistant in the field of Research Methods
at
the University Of Haifa, Israel. Hadas has a B.A. in
Social science from Ben-Gurion University in Israel.
She is about to graduate her M.A. studies in
Organizational and occupational psychology in
Haifa
University. Hadas has vast experience as a trainer
in a
verity of special groups with focus on developing
training plans. She was a research assistant at the
Israeli Democracy Institute, in the field of
integration
the civil society and the Defense.

Orna has an expertise of about 30 years in process
improvement in organizations, in the areas of
management, development, quality, sales and
marketing. Orna holds a Six-Sigma Black-Belt. She led
10s of process improvement teams in a variety of
subjects. Among others, she established and later
managed a Program Management Office (PMO) in
Motoroa since the year 2000. She has lots of
experience in implementing process improvement
initiatives based on CMMI model, in the areas of
management, software and hardware development.
She participated in many CMMI assessments around
the globe. Orna is the newsletter editor of the Israeli
chapter of Project Management Institute (PMI). Orna
got a prime-minister award in software engineering for
development of a process that reduces product
development cycle time thanks to reusing software
components. She led an organization towards
winning the national quality award, which is based on
the Malcolm Baldrige model. Orna Holds a MBA in
Business Administration from Tel Aviv University and
Bsc in Computer Science from the Technion, the
Israeli Institute of Technology.

Yaron is EPA’s marketing manager. Yaron’s research
experience spans over more than ten years at
distinguished academic institutions across Israel,
Britain and Germany. He Holds an M.A magna cum
Laude from Tel-Aviv University and is in the process of
accomplishing his PhD dissertation in Military
Logistics of the German army in a co-supervision of
the University of Oxford, University of North Carolina
and Tel-Aviv University. Over the years Yaron has
developed a unique Knowledge and practice of
Marketing and research techniques in a global
network environment and is in charge of EPA's
Strategic partnerships. He has a regular column in
the leading national Business and Management
magazine in Israel “Status” and is the co-editor of

Greece, Israel and Cyprus and soon also in the US,
with the mission to raise awareness on the
environment and climate change. Among others, Dr.
Messinas invited Al Gore to give his slide show in
Athens, Greece in June 2007. He is a graduate of
Bezalel Enviornmental Design, he holds an M.Arch.

Verna, a noted author, is an expert and pioneer in

and new business models. She is the leading

officers who served and fought in foreign air forces. Dr.

Cohen has taught the graduate schools of California
State University Los Angeles, the University of
Southern California, TUI University, and the Peter

spoken on leadership for all four U.S. military services:
