Registration Fees for all participants include:
Participation in all scientific sessions, moderated discussions; conference material;

Registration Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat.
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Cancellation received by February 10, 2007 - full refund less $25 handling fee.
Cancellation received after February 10, 2007 - no refund.
