חווית למידה זווית אישית:
כבוגר שנה שלישית בחוג לניהול באקדמית גליל מערבי למדתי מגוון רחב של קורסים מעניינים אשר תרמו רמות לארגז הכלים שלי כמנהל בפועל ואף העבירו לי את שנות הלמידה בצורה נעימה והיו גם פעמים שהרגשתי ” מה כבר נגמר ..” .
סיכום חווית הלמידה באקדמית גליל מערבי בחשיבה אישית סובייקטיבית כאשר אני מנסה לבחור את הקורס שהיה מאוד מיוחד בעבורי, קצת קשה לבחור כי באמת היו כמה וכמה שהייתי בוחר.
אני רוצה לציין את הקורס ניהול התחדשות ארגונית של ד”ר עדנה פשר .
זכיתי להיות במחזור הראשון של הקורס שהתקיים במכללה, אז זו הזדמנות מצוינת לספר ולהציג את הקורס ולשתף בחוויית הלמידה האישית שלי.
הקורס עוסק בהקניית כלים למנהלים שבדרך, בהבנת חשיבות ההתחדשות בארגון אותו ננהל בעתיד או שנהיה מנהלים בו, בעקרונות ההכנה לשינוי, בתפיסה הארגונית בתהליך ובקשיים והתמודדויות איתם עד להטמעה נכונה של שינוי התחדשות המסוים ולתרבות ארגונית ומבנה ארגוני נכון המבסס את ערכי החדשנות ובעיקר איך נכון באופן מעשי לבצע את השינוי .
את כל הנושא המורחב של התחדשות ארגונית תלמד אתכם ד”ר עדנה פשר הרבה יותר טוב ממני. בשורות מצומצמות אלו, אני כאן עוסק בחוויית הלמידה.
הקורס הוא מעיין הכנה מתן כלים וביצע אקתון המציע לבחור נושא לשיפור/ חדשנות ולעבוד עליו בצוות ממש בדומה לחיים האמיתיים התהליך ממש זהה כפי שמתקיים בפועל בחברות רבות הדוגלות בעידוד החדשנות הנותן התנסות חשובה למנהל שבדרך.
לא ניתן לדבר על חווית הלמידה מבלי להתייחס לאווירה המאוד מיוחדת שיש בקורס לאישיות המאוד נעימה של ד”ר עדנה פשר המלמדת בסבלנות רבה בדיבור נעים התורם לתפיסה מהירה ובגמישות המבינה את צרכי הסטודנטים.
ד”ר עדנה לא באה לבד היא מביא לנו כבונוס את הצוות המיוחד שלה את ירדן פשרל ועדי סרנגה אשר תמיד דואגות לנו ומסדרות את מהלך השיעור – פותרות בעיות ומנגישות לנו את המידע הנדרש לקורס ממש צוות למופת. עבור הסטודנט – המנהל לעתיד, הקורס מאוד פרקטי ומיישם חשיבה ובחירה של רעיון/ נושא לחדשנות בעבודת צוות, חשיבה צוותית ויצירתית בצורה חדשנית תוך הכוונה איך לעשות את זה נכון עם שימוש בכלים שנלמדו בקורס.
אז לסטודנטים הנמצאים בשלב של בחירת הקורסים מקווה שהמלצה הזו מגיעה בזמן אז הנה תעשו את הבחירה הנכונה.

קורסי הייעוץ הארגוני וארגונים גלובליים בהנחיית ד”ר עדנה פשר: אונ’ בן גוריון בנגב
במהלך לימודיי לתואר שני בסוציולוגיה ואנתרופולוגיה, השתתפתי בקורסים מרתקים שהועברו על ידי ד”ר עדנה פשר ובעלה היקר יוסי. תחילה, לקחתי את הקורס בנושא ייעוץ ארגוני, שם נחשפתי למגוון פרקטיקות, ולאחר מכן בחרתי להמשיך גם בקורס העוסק בארגונים גלובליים, שהשלים את התמונה מבחינה בינלאומית. החוויה בקורס הראשון הייתה כה מהנה ומשמעותית, שההחלטה להמשיך לקורס השני הגיעה באופן טבעי. למרות שהקורסים התקיימו בזום, לא הייתה תחושת ריחוק וניתוק. להפך, הפלטפורמה הדיגיטלית איפשרה לנו לשמוע אורחים ממדינות שונות ולהתבונן בעולמות שונים ומגוונים. המרצים, יוסי ועדנה הביאו גישה פרקטית שמדברת ישירות על אתגרי היומיום של יועצים ארגוניים, בעזרת שיתוף אמיתי וכנה על הצלחותיהם הרבות וגם על הקשיים,השיח נסוב גם סביב תאוריות וכלים מקצועיים, וגם התמקד רבות באופי התקשורת הבין-אישית, ובחשיבות של יצירת קשרים אנושיים ואמפתיים בין יועצים ללקוחותיהם.
האופן שבו השיעור התנהל – בגמישות, במתן מקום לכל סטודנט להביע את דעותיו, ובהזמנה להתבטא ולהביא רעיונות או מרצים אורחים משלנו ,יצר תחושת שייכות והפכו את הקורסים לחווייתיים מאוד. לא פעם נשאלנו כיצד ניתן לשפר את ההוראה ומה יש לשמר, מה שהמחיש עד כמה חשובים הסטודנטים למרצים וכיצד הם מחפשים כל העת לשפר ולהתפתח יחד עם הכיתה.
כמובן יש להגיד תודה ענקית לעוזרות ההוראה ירדן מוסרי ועדי סרנגה שעזרו לנו לעבור כל מכשול טכני והכל באדיבות ובשמחה.
בסופו של דבר, הקורסים האלו לא רק תרמו להבנה עמוקה יותר של ייעוץ ארגוני וארגונים גלובליים, אלא גם העניקו לי כלים פרקטיים וחשובים לתקשורת בינאישית מקרבת, יחד עם זאת שזכינו להכיר אנשים מופלאים שעסוקים בלתת ולהתקדם עוד ועוד.

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Course in Holocaust Memory : Western Galilee College
This course is a unique, cutting-edge educational initiative designed to explore new ways of preserving Holocaust memory through innovative projects. Held online via Zoom, the course is mentored by renowned Holocaust scholars Prof. Boaz Cohen and Dr. Edna Pasher. The course, which started in 2020, has grown into a dynamic platform for global collaboration, with technical support provided by Eitan Holtzman.
Each year, a select group of candidates is introduced to the intricacies of developing projects that engage with Holocaust memory. These projects can focus on education, public awareness, art, digital platforms, or other creative avenues. What sets this course apart is its emphasis on transforming ideas into tangible outcomes. Candidates are encouraged to explore their project ideas independently or collaborate in groups, with constant guidance from the mentors throughout the process.
The course structure is divided into two main parts. In the first half of the class, which takes place every Thursday for one hour, the mentors share concepts and theoretical frameworks, offering insights into entrepreneurship, innovation, and Holocaust memory. The second half is dedicated to practical application. Candidates break into designated project groups to discuss, refine, and receive continuous feedback on their projects. This personalized attention ensures that each participant receives detailed support, helping them navigate challenges and adapt their ideas to real-world settings.
One of the highlights of the course is the involvement of alumni from previous cohorts, who return to give special talks about their projects’ successes and challenges. These talks not only inspire current candidates but also offer invaluable lessons in perseverance, adaptation, and the practical execution of ideas. By fostering this multi-year engagement, the course creates a supportive and intellectually stimulating community.
At the end of the course, candidates present their final projects in front of a panel of judges. The projects are evaluated based on innovation, impact, feasibility, and their contribution to the field of Holocaust memory. The judges’ feedback provides an opportunity for further growth, as it pushes candidates to consider how their projects can be implemented on a larger scale and made accessible to broader audiences.
Looking to the future, Dr. Mehak Burza, a 2024 class candidate, has announced plans to hold an annual conference beginning next year. This conference aims to bring together past alumni, current candidates, and aspiring participants in the course, creating a platform for the exchange of ideas, networking, and collaboration. The conference will further strengthen the community that this course has built, offering a space to showcase ongoing projects, discuss new trends in Holocaust memory, and inspire future initiatives.
With its unique combination of global reach, mentorship, and a focus on real-world impact, the “Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Holocaust Memory” course is not just about learning—it is about action, innovation, and ensuring that Holocaust memory remains a vibrant and living part of global consciousness.
