Some 20+ years ago I was presenting in a seminar in Geneva. There was a very alert and active lady, commenting frequently. Later on I learned that this was the Knowledge Pioneer Dr Edna Pasher. I later come to Israel to learn to know her Associates, colleagues, Clients and Family.
We started to prototype Knowledge in Action together as well as Intellectual Capital reporting on Israel and the prototyping of Future Center. I do remember many stories of the dynamic joint meetings. Especially one story is when I brought the very first report on Skandia Intellectual Capital to a Knowledge in Action seminar. I had only some 50 copies with me, as it was heavy. So I announced to the seminar audience that this was the case, and placed the Reports on the seminar desk. Then in just a few seconds the table was occupied by knowledge curious participants trying to get a copy. This was really Knowledge in Action…
Our collaboration has been a very joyful Knowledge Impact journey with a lot of learning together both inside and outside Israel, among others in Enovation International, with late Dr Debra Amidon. I have learned some of the impressive knowledge spirit and National Intellectual Capital of Israel. Edna Pasher and Associates is a true knowledge navigator with a lot of prototyping spirit for the benefit of Israel, her clients as well as her Family.
